Using this site
This website is provided by PDMV1 Storage, 1780 E. Basin Avenue, Pahrump, Nevada 89060. By using it you agree to these terms. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.
Requests are not a rental
Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a confirmed rental. A unit is yours only after we confirm availability with you and you sign our rental agreement. That signed agreement governs your rental and controls if anything on this site conflicts with it.
Rates and availability
Rates shown here are current monthly rates and may change. Unit availability changes daily. Taxes or a refundable deposit may apply. We will confirm your exact rate before you sign anything.
Payments
Rent is billed monthly and is due on the date set in your rental agreement. Late fees and lien procedures follow Nevada self storage law and your agreement. We do not take payments through this website today; if online payments are added later, the checkout page will state its own payment, refund, and cancellation terms before you pay.
What you may store
You may not store food, living things, hazardous, flammable, explosive, perishable, or illegal items. You are responsible for insuring your own property. Units are rented for storage only and may not be used as a residence or workspace.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate, but we make no warranty that every detail is complete or current. Text, images, and the PDMV1 Storage name on this site belong to us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, PDMV1 Storage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under your signed rental agreement or Nevada law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with venue in Nye County.
